Dear customers,
An old parts deposit must be charged for all replacement items, as we cannot have any parts regenerated if the old parts corresponding to the delivery (brake calipers exclusively in pairs) are not returned to us on time.
The amount of the deposit can be found in the respective item description.
The deposit will only be refunded if you return identical old parts FREE of charge (= shipping costs to be borne by the customer) within 60 days and provide your SEPA bank details.
If you do not comply with this agreement, your entitlement to the used parts deposit will expire and you will also be blocked as a customer with us from 01.10.2016.
For certain items, you will unfortunately have to send us your regenerable old parts FREE OF CHARGE IN ADVANCE, as we no longer have enough exchange parts in stock due to the poor return morale, even despite the old parts deposit.
As a rule, all exchange parts are in stock, please ask for the delivery time in advance if necessary.
You can also send us your own old parts and we will have them reconditioned for you, please enquire about the delivery time in advance.
