Meterware trunk seal for gluing, wide version , usable for Rekord C + D (except Caravan ) , Kapitän-Admiral-Diplomat A + B , Ascona A (except Caravan ) , Manta A .

To achieve the best possible hold , should be glued at a minimum of 15 degrees room temperature . Use for this purpose, for example, Pattex Kraftkleber.
On the third photo you can see how we have installed the seal on a Rekord C sedan.
The seal goes over the fold, but is slightly thicker than the original, so that the trunk lid will initially be heavier than usual to close, but this will give after some time something.
WE prefer the narrow seal (item 176959)
