Die Schraube justiert den Abstand zwischen der Nockenwelle und dem vordere Deckel.
Diese hochwertige für uns gefertigte Anschlagschraube / Anlaufschraube ist
nicht wie häufig irrtümlich behauptet bei allen CIH-Motoren verwendbar, sondern passt nur bei folgenden Modellen:

Die Schrauben wurden verwendet bis ca Ende April Mai 1972, BEVOR Opel die Zylinderköpfe bei den CIH-Motoren geändert hat und zwei zusätzlich Schrauben vorn ins Steuergehäuse gingen
